Processing Times

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
All orders are shipped from our Canadian fulfillment center to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

International Shipping

Outer Beauty Skincare proudly ships worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, typically 7–14 business days for most international orders.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or weather conditions.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us immediately — our support team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot change or reroute orders once they have been shipped.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional reshipping fees.
